About the event

This is a 6 week Recenter Meditation on Wednesdays at 9:00pm Eastern for womxn ages 25-35

When I first started taking yoga classes, I loved taking my Wednesday Flow + Restore. It consisted of a gentle yoga flow, followed by 30 minutes of laying down in Shavasana surrounded by a bunch of pillows. Each week I looked forward to letting go of the stress of the workload I've had and embracing a new calm for the second half of the week. It also helped that I slept like a baby after each class. I am not certified in yoga (yet), but I love a good meditation. Each week we will focus on a different word, journal about it, and then meditate. 

Please settle into a comfy, quiet spot in your home with your journal before starting the Zoom. Please enter the zoom with your mic off, (camera on is optional).
